Hi, I’m Lisa!

I’m a health educator and coach with many fulfilling years as a medical social worker, psychotherapist, and clinical gerontologist.

My passion is working with adults, Elders, and organizations to promote growth across the lifespan and facilitate transformation into the best possible version of ourselves.

As an Eden Alternative® Educator and Mentor since 2009, I’ve spoken widely about the importance of understanding trauma and its impact, and the transformative power of person-directed care to support well-being at any stage of life

Whether you are working as a helping and healing professional, provide care for a family member, friend, or community, or simply seek a better balance in your own life as you strive to age with grace, you are most welcome here.

*Please note that I no longer provide psychotherapy or counseling services. If you have a question about my former practice, please contact me at (607) 351-1313 or lkendall58@gmail.com.
